Avian Interleukin 8 (IL-8) ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay designed for the quantitative measurement of IL-8 levels in avian serum, plasma, or cell culture supernatant. The microplate wells are pre-coated with an IL-8-specific capture antibody. After sample addition, IL-8 binds to the coated antibody. A biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-streptavidin conjugate are then sequentially added. Following substrate (TMB) reaction, the color intensity is measured at 450 nm, which is directly proportional to the IL-8 concentration.

The kit provides 96 tests, operates at 37 °C, and uses reagents stored at 2–8 °C. It is suitable for studies on avian immune response, inflammation, and cytokine regulation.
