BRUCELLA ELISA IGG; 96T
Brucella ELISA IgG is an indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay used to detect IgG antibodies against Brucella spp. in serum or plasma. The microplate wells are coated with purified Brucella antigens. After sample incubation, HRP-conjugated anti-human IgG binds to specific antibodies, followed by TMB substrate development and absorbance reading at 450 nm. The kit provides 96 tests, operates at 37 °C, and is used for research on Brucella exposure and immune response. For research use only, not diagnostic.
